1. High reliability, superb safety and low breakdown rate
SNOWMAN ice machines has adopted the 42-year-old manufacturing technology of the ice-making system of Japan Nobleicer Co. and consolidated the 42-year-old Japan technical experience and processing technology of evaporators. 80% of the fittings of SNOWMAN ice-making systems are chosen from imported components. In order to cater to the reality of the chemical industry and ensure the high reliability and safety of the system, all the equipment sustaining pressure and storing liquid or gas has been manufactured by the standards for China pressure vessels and enclosed with pressure vessel certificates.
2. High efficiency and energy saving
A special kind of alloy material and patent processing technology are adopted to ensure the efficient heat conduction performance of the evaporator at the core of an ice flaker.
The internally-scraping ice-making mode popular abroad at present has been adopted. Under this mode, ice blades scrape ice on the inner wall of the evaporator while the evaporator itself doesn't move. It not only reduces the loss of energy as much as possible but also guarantees the normal supply of cooling agent through the fixed evaporator as well as lowers the probability of cooling agent leakage by means of non-activated contact.
In terms of the material for the evaporator, a special kind of alloy is adopted. Its heat conduction performance is superior to that of any other kind of aluminum alloy and its advantages in quality include lightness, strength and good extensibility. As a result, the evaporator processed with it can achieve excellent heat conduction effect.
Advanced techniques are required for evaporator processing. Taking into special consideration the special alloy material adopted, we have researched and developed a set of both welding technique and equipment and techniques of surface treatment and stress elimination. Besides we have also adopted sophisticated heat treatment technology, photo-furnace equipment, etc. At the same time, we pay great attention to improving the heat conduction efficiency of the inner wall of the evaporator while designing and developing the evaporator. At present the heat conduction efficiency of our evaporators is respectively 10% and 20% higher than that of the carbon-steel and stainless steel evaporators used in the same type of home-made products. In addition, all our loops are kept unblocked through special processing techniques to prevent the refrigeration piping from being jammed by welding dregs.
3. Patented spiral ice blades ensure the high quality of ice flakes.
The ice blades adopted belong to our company's own patent technologies (Patent No. ZL 00232400.8). The blade edges on the ice blade pole are spaced around the periphery of the pole in the form of spiral spikes. This structure can greatly reduce the pressure on the inner wall of the ice-making cylinder, lengthen the service life of the ice blade and scrape the ice flakes with excellent refrigeration effect.
The design of spiral ice blades mainly boasts the following advantages:
a. Small load: since ice blades touch the inner wall of the cylinder in the form of instantaneous point-surface contact, the main force-sustaining direction is axial and perpendicular, and there is little axial torsion compared with such other types as rake ice blades. As a result, the load of the shaft-driving reducer mechanism can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the rotating ice blades cannot damage the inner wall of the evaporator easily so as to lengthen the service life of both the evaporator and ice blades to a large extent.
b. The scraped ice flakes are even: since the rotation of ice blades is driven by the thickness of the freezing surface on the inner wall, ice flakes are evenly peeled off from the inner wall of the evaporator under the persistent and even point-surface pressure. Therefore, the ice flakes thus produced are not likely to powder but even and stable in size. Powderless ice flakes don't lump easily but can be stored for a longer time.
4. The reasonable refrigeration piping layout ensures efficient refrigeration effect.
The piping layout of our ice machines is the result of hundreds of experiments and repeated optimizations. On one hand, it can save space, and the more important, it can help refrigerant to flow from high to low in the course of returning inside the gas loop. The special piping design can reduce the resistance loss at the right-angle elbow when straight pipes are used. In this way the freezing oil can return to the compressor as much as possible to ensure the proper lubrication of the compressor.
The whole refrigeration piping is streamlined and optimized. And the packing of the heat preservation layer is also very important since it can fully avoid the loss of the whole system and ensure the pressure against the refrigeration system when ambient temperature rises in summer. The whole system is not only light and compact, but also boasts lower installed power and smaller energy consumption and thus less productive cost compared with the ice flakers with the same capacity in the same domestic industry.
5. Intelligent design and all-automatic computerized system
The all-automatic control system for humanized operations is simple and convenient to operate, safe and reliable, and easy to maintain. In the light of the customer's demand, we can also supply long-distance computer interface, fulfill realize network linkage and realize long-distance control. In terms of breakdown protection, the control system is to be updated from the present PLC programming to programmable microcomputer control system. Thus the control circuit program can be constantly updated and improved and more humanized in pace with the summarized feedback and requirements from customers.
In order to enable the system to work under the computerized system, in the control loop lots of protection units are installed, such as reducer, water pump breakdown protection unit, compressor breakdown protection unit, water cutoff breakdown protection unit, etc. In case of any breakdown, all these units can automatically activate to stop the machine. As a result not only is the equipment and people kept safe but also the probability of equipment damage greatly reduced.
6. Optimized design of ice flaker system
In order to improve the overall performance of the ice flaker, this project has fulfilled optimized design in overall structural design, material adoption, compressor choice, and use of eco-friendly efficient refrigerant. Thus the performance indices of all components can be matched with one another to realize the best effect of use and enable the whole system to function with superb stability and reliability.
7. Safe and reliable automatic ice storage bin
OCB series of automatic ice storage bins are researched and developed in cooperation with Japan Nobleicer Co. on the basis of summing up the domestic and foreign experience in ice storage bin use and digesting and absorbing the technical characteristics of Japan-made products. Their capacity ranges from 15 to 200 tons. Moreover, they boast specially designed double-layer heat preservation, reasonable layout, safe and reliable operation, automatic control, convenient use and maintenance, etc. Their extensive application in a number of industries has testified that they enjoy not only advanced and mature manufacturing technology and technique but also stable and reliable operation.
8. Integrated design and manufacture of the systems of ice making, storage and delivery
Introducing the 42-year-old experience in all-automatic ice-making system of Japan Nobleicer Co., SNOWKEY has developed its own design and manufacture technologies of integrating the systems of ice making, storage and delivery. Thus the reliability between these three systems can be highly ensured.
Experienced technical staff of engineering and installation is designated throughout the whole project to ensure the high level of installation, control and testing.
9. Rich experience in the application to the chemical industry
